Audit
1 week of deep-dive. We map your current stack, the manual work that costs you the most, and the systems that already hold the data. Output: a 5-10 page audit doc with ranked opportunities and a fixed price per workflow.
How I work
The same rhythm for every engagement, from a 1-week AI Kickstart to a 3-month AI Platform. No surprises, no scope creep — the contract freezes the line items on day 1 and the work ships on day N.

30-min video call. I walk you through the audit and you pick 1-3 of the opportunities. Output: a one-page scope with line items, fixed price, and timeline. The contract freezes the work.
1-6 weeks depending on tier. I work in weekly slices — every Friday you get a working demo, not a status update. If scope changes mid-build, I flag it before doing extra work, never after.
Deploy to production with eval and monitoring in place. You own every line of code, every API key, every workflow JSON. Nothing lives in my accounts.
Optional retainer: monitoring, eval, prompt iteration, model updates, new workflow rollouts. 3-month minimum commitment, cancel anytime after. Most clients keep a small retainer to compound wins.
