Hubiagency — marketing site template for digital agencies

A demo marketing site template for digital agencies — services, portfolio, contact — built to show prospects what a well-designed agency site looks like without paying a designer for a custom mockup.

The problem

Digital agencies sell design. The chicken-and-egg of agency marketing is that the agency has to show design work to win design work — but most prospects do not look at agency websites until they are already shopping for one. The site has to do two jobs at once: show the agency is competent AND be the sales deck for the call. A bad agency site is worse than no site at all.

What I built

A marketing site that does both jobs in one scroll: hero with the agency pitch + portfolio preview, services with pricing hints (so prospects can self-qualify before the call), case studies with real numbers, and a contact form that goes directly to a calendar. No carousel, no modal — just the work and the offer, in order.

Scope & architecture

Single-scroll hero with agency pitch + portfolio preview
Services with pricing hints — prospects self-qualify before the call
Case studies with real numbers, not vague "increased engagement"
Contact form wired to a calendar — no "let's schedule a call" CTA
Editorial typography system — no template vibes
Mobile-first — most prospects browse on their phone

From intake to deploy, the studio keeps work in one place: scope, design, build, ship. Briefs land on the desk, deliverables land on the client.
